Shipping:
All products are shipped from Chatsworth, CA unless specified in the store as drop ship items. We ship exclusively through UPS and currently ship to the United States only. Please allow up to three business days to process your order. If there is a delay in fulfillment of your order, a representative will contact you to determine if you would like to substitute or cancel shipment on the item. Please include your phone number and email address on all orders so we can contact you in the event of a order fulfillment issue.
Returns:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. All product is returnable for full refund as long as it is in new/unused condition. The buyer pays for return shipping.
